Central Colorado Management Company is seeking a full time, experienced accountant/ bookkeeper for our property management company. Duties include A/R and A/P, NNN reconciliations, invoicing, monthly financial reporting, collection and deposit of rents, processing payroll using ADP and assisting the property manager in a variety of day to day operations.

Requirements:

* Commercial Property Management and/or Yardi software experience

* Strong accounting background

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Reliable with a sense of accountability (i.e. arrives to work on time, and has a good attendance record)

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to multitask

* Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding customer service

Salary and Benefits:

* Salary is commensurate with experience

* Seven holidays and additional personal time are included

* One week paid vacation for each six months of employment

* Funds for individual health insurance are provided
