CNC Machinist

Pneumatic Scale Angelus is a world-wide leader in the packaging machinery industry, serving the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and household product markets and we currently have a position open for a CNC Machinist. Duties of this position include a normal range of rough and finish turning, drilling, tapping, boring, facing, recessing, thread cutting and similar machining operations on a variety of parts with various ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. The responsibilities require knowledge of standard machine shop practices, procedures, and techniques. Read and analyze prints, layouts or route sheets to determine set-up. Ability to plan and execute work to precision tolerances, allowances, and finishes. A two year certificate in machining or related field or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years relevant machining experience. Possess basic shop math skills including trigonometry and geometry. Ability to measure with precision machining measuring tools.
