Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Business Development - Expanding lending services to current and prospective customers Generating, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of ag, commercial and consumer loans Becoming an active leader in the Hinton community and the bank team Exceeding customers’ expectations by assisting with a variety of banking transactions The ideal candidate for this full time position is a team player who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, personable, and has strong communication and sales skills. Depending on qualifications and experience, immediate advancement opportunities may be available. A four-year degree in a business related field preferred. This candidate is expected to live within the Hinton School District and become actively involved in the community. Strong preference will be given to candidates with an ag background with 3+ years of ag banking experience and/or ag related sales experience.
