Job Description:

Deliver Hematology/Oncology medical services to patients of the employer through the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases, ailments, and disabilities in a clinical and hospital setting with no restrictions or limitations; Render reasonable, prudent, and appropriate medical treatment consistent with the quality and cost guidelines established by the employer to every patient who presents for treatment; Prepare complete and accurate medical records for each patient in a timely manner; consult with other physicians as needed; assist with third-party medical billing consistent with employment as a Hematology/Oncology physician.

Job Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine or foreign equivalent;
Current and valid Indiana Medical License from the State of Indiana or eligibility for possession of an Indiana Medical License;
Board certified or Board eligible in Oncology and/or Hematology;
Completion of a Medical Residency in Internal Medicine;
Completion of a Medical Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology;
