Senior Planner/Scheduler at MPS Anzon, LLC d/b/a/ Orchid Arcadia in Arcadia, CA. Duties: Develop and manage orderly executable detailed manufacturing and purchasing plans in support of customer orders; deliver, manage, and maintain viable production plans/schedules to shop floor; work with outside processors or purchasing to ensure schedules are met; Determine purchased component delivery schedules using pull systems, MRP or other appropriate technique Reconcile component shortages; communicate material shortages to purchasing, and assist in identifying and resolving production problems Send RFQ for Raw Material Inventory according to requests; Process Purchase Orders for Raw Material Inventory items and MRO items as requested; Work with Supply Chain Manager to generate monthly reports such as Raw Material Savings (Ti/SS), Key Supplier Score Cards, Open PO's status, and other as requested; Support quality and compliance by utilizing One Orchid global processes and complying with all Quality Management Systems (QMS) documentation requirements and establishing/supporting plan(s) to meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality that support Safety, Compliance, Six Sigma Quality, On-Time Delivery (OTD) and financial objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field, plus 5 years' progressive experience; or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field plus 1 year related experience.
