Position Summary/Essential Duties:

1. Coordinates operations for Enlarged Vestibular Aqueduct (EVA) program in ENT that involves CME courses, Research and Clinical Trials
2. Develops internal and external UH communications for the EVA program
3. Integrates multidisciplinary efforts between IT, Research, Marketing and Institutional Relations & Development for the EVA program
4. Partners with Medical Director of EVA Program to further efforts for promotion and expansion of EVA clinical and innovation activities
5. Administrative oversight for EVA program non-operational budgets
6. Leads programs meetings and events for EVA research and service promotion
7. Assists Administrator in onboarding of research faculty, students, medical students related to the EVA program
8. Assists Administrator with tracking department spendable accounts, grants, cross charges, invoices and travel reimbursement

• Associates Degree

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical office setting or equivalent setting.
