Become a part of our team of compassionate and skillful Recovery Coach professionals in the Peer Support Services program at Behavioral Health Network! Recovery Coaches help adults with problem substance find their own unique pathways to recovery. Coaches work with recoverees in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin County communities, using their lived experience and Recovery Coach training to mentor and empower their peers to be in the ‘driver seat’ of their lives. If hired as the Recovery Coach, BHN will ensure you receive required Recovery Coach trainings and supervision to set you on the path to certification.
In the Peer Support Services program, Recovery Coaches connect weekly with recoverees via phone, zoom, or in-person in their home communities. They give hope and help with access to basic needs like safe housing, food, benefits, transportation, healthcare. Coaches help link individuals to substance use and mental health treatment and to preferred recovery communities and resources. They serve as guides and peer mentors in the day-to day journey of personal and family recovery.

Recovery Coaches at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st – through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN’s Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.
