Certified MN Assessor (CMA) license or the ability to achieve within one year and a valid MN Driver's License required. Three years of relevant work experience required, 1-3 years of appraisal/assessing experience is preferred. This position is classified as a B22 and the wage range is $21.93 - $31.80 per hour.
