Maple Springs is introducing a sign-on bonus for new employees.
You qualify for $300 after 60 days if you have not missed a scheduled workday.
After another 60 days of employment, you will receive $500 if you haven't missed a scheduled workday.
Employees are also eligible for a monthly attendance bonus.
