D.M. Bowman, Inc. is now seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at our location in Williamsport, MD!

The Recruiting Manager will lead the focused efforts in our professional driver recruiting department. This opportunity will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of the recruiting processes, to contribute to the efforts to hire professional drivers for our company to meet our ambitious goals for growth.

• Exploring creative ways to attract the best professional driver talent in an extremely competitive market

• Effectively motivating, leading, and measuring the success of the recruiting department staff members

• Increasing the current pool of applicants, and streamlining current hiring processes

• Managing all sourcing channels, including job postings, agency partnerships, direct sourcing, employee referrals, events and networking

• Determining success metrics and workflow of recruiting to continually measure & manage your hiring goals

• Reporting weekly on hiring metrics for the department Other duties as assigned

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent is required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience building & managing the hiring process at a high growth company

• 2 plus years of full lifecycle recruiting

• Previous experience in transportation recruiting preferred

• Ability to organize resources & drive results

• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines

• An innovative streak and proven analytical, communication, and presentation skills
