Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients and families using nursing interventions in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Conducts skilled nursing observations, teaching and procedures in accordance with professional standards of practice under the direction of registered nurse.

Position Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice.

Education Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.

License Requirements:
An Ohio LPN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining Ohio LPN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.
