ProgressiveHealth of Indiana is seeking to find several PRN Physical Therapists to join our healthcare professional team.  Our network of facilities stretch across Kentucky (Henderson and Morganfield), Indiana (Evansville and Princeton), and Illinois (Eldorado) and consist of long-term care, inpatient, and outpatient facilities. Applicants may submit a resume for any one or combination of locations.  Ideal applicants will possess two state licenses and be available for PRN between multiple facilities. This position is open to new graduates. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• The correct state license: Kentucky Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain Kentucky Physical Therapy License, Indiana Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain Indiana Therapy License, Illinois Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain Illinois License
• Prior healthcare experience in a long-term care facility is preferred

This position is responsible for:

• Provides physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases
• Restores function
• Relieves pain
• Prevents disability
• Understand and operate according to underlying goals of the long term care acute operating environment, optimizing length of stay - preparing the patient for transition in an efficient and safe manner. Collaborate with other therapists within care pathways as necessary
