BBL Construction Services is looking for experienced Project Managers. A Project Manager is responsible for supporting the direction and completion of a construction project.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Project Management
• Scheduling
• Subcontractor coordination
• Administrative implementation
• Managing projects/schedules
• Budget management
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and fellow associates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Working knowledge of personal computers/software (proficiency in MS office applications; proficiency in Procore and Sage software a plus)
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills; ability to write formal letters, invoices, documents
