Appointment Scheduler Full-time

Provide appointment scheduling and administrative support.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in Lab and order entry, medical terminology, ability to multi-task, and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work in very fast paced environment. Ability to work directly with the general public and perform numerous duties at one time while maintaining an open and friendly atmosphere. Previous experience working on multiple computer systems and scheduling appointments. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and communicate clearly. Ability to work varied hours.
