Multi-Media Advertising Outbound Specialists

We are hiring sales professionals who will be responsible for selling advertising campaigns across both digital and print platforms, via phone and email. Our ideal candidate must have desire to meet revenue goals and have outstanding phone etiquette.

The Outbound Specialist will be primarily responsible for outbound sales, new business and renewal sales. This position will manage the full advertising sales life cycle.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Conducts needs assessment interviews with clients and prospects to develop customer- driven solutions
• Assess advertiser's needs to prepare proposals for advertising solutions
• Become proficient in client systems including lead generation tools and Salesforce
• Proficiency in client market demographics and research, including competitive media, as it applies to the advertiser or a specific marketing campaign.

Requirements:
• Outbound sales professional with a proven track record of strong closing skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients via phone and email
• Fluent in the art of cold calling, prospecting and lead generation
• Retail Advertising Sales experience is a plus
• Well developed time management, organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with research tools including social media sites, and lead generation tools
