BUSINESS ANALYST I - Provider Enterprise Administration

Summary: 

Assists with data analytics, the hiring, and the position control process for providers. Performs duties related to one or more of the following functions: operational and financial analysis, data visualization and dashboard creation, and/or analytics. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with junior or senior status in Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and/or Access. Ability to interact with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, MS Power BI). Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
