The Moultrie Mobile (MM) Human Resources Manager is a newly formed role responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of human resources practices for the fast-growing Moultrie Mobile team. This position is responsible for managing all HR-related activities and will report to the Moultrie Mobile Vice President/General Manager.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinates, implements, and oversees operational HR activities: talent acquisition, onboarding, reward and recognition, compensation, performance management, employee relations and compliance
  • Participates in decision-making process with business leaders adding an HR-perspective
  • Anticipates and plans for change, considering impact on organizational structure and employee motivation
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Recruits, interviews, and guides selection of employees to fill vacant positions
  • Champions the onboarding process, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
  • Plans and conducts ongoing employee skills development and training programs
  • Guides performance review process to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
  • Reviews salary information to ensure compliance and equity
  • Responsible for Timekey Administration, FMLA and employee assistance
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing a variety of HR services as a Generalist, Business Partner, or comparable role including knowledge and experience with:
    • Talent acquisition
    • Performance management
    • Compensation
    • Benefits coordination
    • Compliance
    • Employee relations
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in building and interpreting HR related policies, procedures, and associated legal requirements

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

 

  • SPHR/PHR certification
  • Previous experience using SAP and/or Success Factors
