Winkle Industries is an industry leader and single source supplier for below-the-hook lifting devices, overhead crane components, material handling and processing equipment. We are looking to hire a full-time Estimator.

Position requires strong math skills, phone etiquette, computer and organizational skills.

Experienced required:

• Overhead cranes
• Below-The-Hook lifting devices
• Material handling equipment
• Steel mill equipment
• Other heavy and industrial equipment
• Previous in estimating

Must haves:

• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Understand materials used in industry.
• Understand shop labor hours for machining, fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare detailed estimates and specifications.
• Able to communicate with shop, sales, vendors and customers both verbally and written.
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work alone or as part of a team. Proficient computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel and AutoCad are a plus. An Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering or a related technical field is a plus.
