The professional Business and Finance Officer III position assists program staff to meet the fiscal monitoring and processing needs of contracts. The incumbent will be a fully proficient accountant and perform a variety of accounting functions including maintaining ledgers, preparing or reviewing initial entries, providing information for the budgeting process, preparing year-end accruals, reviewing grant billings, preparing fund-level reconciliations, assisting in federal, state, and local reporting, and interacting with customers and vendors to resolve complaints and concerns.
