Responsible for ensuring critical inventory in Cath & EP lab is maintained & stocked at appropriate levels. Maintain appropriate level of critical inventory in Cath & EP Lab; includes analyzing data, making ordering decisions based upon usage & inventory value, validating orders & resolving discrepancies, & removing outdated supplies. Oversee ordering & entering of Cath & EP Lab non-stock orders, as well as tracking of consignment items. Assist clinicians to order new items. Serve as main point of contact w/ designated service line managers in order to ensure timely & accurate information flow regarding shortages, outages, overstock, & other inventory problems and/or concerns. Oversee ordering, shipping, receiving, inventory & distribution of supplies at CMC for Cath & EP Labs. Ensure corporate supply chain is aware of any supplier related issues for CMC Cath & EP Labs. Establish par distribution area policy/procedures according to industry regulations. Ensure adherence to all JC, CMS & OSHA regulations. Directly oversee 2 staff members; responsible for ensuring their work output is satisfactory & their concerns are resolved. Initiate & maintain positive relationships w/ mgmt, patients, co-workers & customers. Handle escalated customer service calls. Collaborates w/ Value Analysis committees when reviewing products. Execute local more complex process improvement initiatives & manage expectations of all parties (suppliers, hospital, etc.). Review all current processes, update, create & document to align w/ current Medtronic standard operating processes. Run all daily, weekly & ad hoc report requests from business partners. Create & manage error logs, report & follow up on issues to suppliers & feedback information to hospital. Report KPIs & show trends & failures & act on these. Support launch of new products via partnering w/ leadership & Sourcing.

High School Equivalent / GED

Some college preferred.

Min 2 yrs exp w/ computers.

Customer service exp preferred.

Must be able to lift a min of 50 lbs.

Required to learn & use Oracle I-Procurement and core Oracle apps.

Knowledge of supply, inventory process in hospital preferred.
