Welcome to Tides Counseling and Wellness, PLLC “Where change comes like the tides.”  We are a small practice looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated person to join our team.  We, at Tides Counseling are searching for an LCSW or LCMHC to join us and help grow our expanding practice.  Our office is located in High Point, NC off Eastchester Dr.  This is an independent contractor position so the candidate should have a working knowledge of private practice operations.  We will consider training qualified candidates that are transitioning from agency work.

Requirements:

• The right candidate will be independent, driven, and flexible as well as able to accommodate a minimum of 25 clients a week, see clients in-person and virtual, available for some evening hours (weekend hours are a plus!).
• The candidate will also be able to work with children, families, couples, and individuals.
• Candidate needs to have reviewed the agency website to be familiar with our practices. tidescounseling-wellness.net
• Candidate should have or be able to attain professional liability insurance.
• Candidate should have no active complaints or sanctions on their license by their respective NC board.

Compensation:

• Our team members are paid based on their gross earnings.
• We provide a furnished office space, an EHR system, and referral sources to help you establish a caseload.
• Our practice manager handles all credentialing for our therapists.
• Your office hours are flexible so long as you maintain the availability to see the minimum number of clients.
