The position of Production Supervisor will serve as a key role in directing and coordinating the manufacturing operations for all shifts. Compliance with company quality and safety standards while maximizing production output and minimizing costs will be the focus. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Members at all levels to develop and install improvements and cost savings ideas based on best practices methods.
• Plan and coordinate work, hire, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performances of Production Team Members; ensure their ability to safely operate equipment and auxiliary equipment; develop department specialists to effectively oversee the daily responsibilities of their crews.
• Develop and maintain 30/60/90-day action plans to achieve results as required.
• Responsible for material management and working with the Production Scheduler.
• Monitor stock and raw materials inventory and usage.
• Ensure that established policies, standards, regulations and procedures are followed.
• Be alert to existing and potential production problems and take necessary corrective action.
• Communicate quality issues that affect production capabilities and participate in resolution of same.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrate an ability to lead, motivate, select, train and instruct others.
• Expected High Organizational, Interpersonal, and Communication skills.
• Knowledge and Experience with SAP, WMS, Excel, Word documents preferred. Ability to use or learn the use of technology and software as it relates to Legacy Manufacturing.
• Five to ten years related experience in manufacturing.
• College degree preferred, but not required with relative experience.

Schedule:

• Full-Time, 2nd Shift (3:00 pm-11:30 pm)
