Lead User Interface Developer A leading provider of integrated healthcare payment integrity solutions, is seeking a Lead User Interface Developer to work at its Norwalk, Ct. offices: establish and maintain architecture of user interface ("UI") design framework for web-based health insurance claims management system, including screen layout, interaction, navigation, notification, alerting & error handling; develop & manage HTML/CSS/Javascript coding standards, user interface HIPAA/HITRUST security requirements; provide technical lead on implementation of proposed user interface designs and the most complex user interface support issues; collaborate with designers on user experience standards, i.e., typography, iconography and color schemes. Requires Master's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Physics, and three years of work experience as UI programmer analyst or UI software engineer; or Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Physics, and five years of work experience as UI programmer analyst or UI software engineer. Requires experience in UI design, architecture, tools and technologies: (a) web UI development using Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/CSS, jQuery, Django, Adobe Flash/Flex, ActionScript, SOAP/REST, Responsive Design; (b) automation using Bower, NPM, Grunt, Gulp, NodeJS or similar; (c) testing using Jasmine, Karma, or similar; (d) object-oriented programming using Python; (e) data formats using JSON/XML; and also requires experience in health insurance claims processing & HIPAA/HITRUST requirements.
