The District is seeking to fill the position of Elementary Principal. The Naples Elementary School supports approximately 300 students in grades UPK-6. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an exemplary teacher along with leadership experiences that have successfully improved both academic and social/emotional outcomes for students. A commitment to collaboration, trust-building, growth mindset, and the development of meaningful relationships with all constituents will ensure that both the students, staff and Naples Elementary School can continue to meet their potential.
Salary Range: Regionally competitive.

- Job Qualifications:

- NYS Administrative Certification SBL/SDL or SAS/SDA
- Successful teaching/leadership experience at the UPK-6 grade level. Administrative experience is preferable, though not required for application.
- Highly adept at developing meaningful relationships with staff, students, families, and community.
- An outstanding communicator. Possesses the ability to articulate clearly building priorities, related action steps, and progress as it relates to identified priorities.
- A willingness to be visible, accessible, and approachable.
- A commitment to ensuring all students have access to an aligned Tier 1 curriculum as well as connected interventions that meet individual student needs.
- A student-centered leader who values equitable opportunities for all. Commitment to creating a school environment that is safe, supportive, and caring.
- The ability to listen, collaborate with staff, and evaluate so as to ensure the most effective systems and practices exist to support student and staff needs.

Tutor Expectations:
