The City of Mount Hope is seeking applications for one full-time position as a Supervisor in the Public Works Department. The position will involve, but not be limited to, utility service maintenance, street work and general maintenance of city equipment and property.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Two (2) years of experience related to public works or related field
Must have a valid State of Kansas Driver’s License
Physical requirement: must be able to lift 75 pounds
Must reside preferably within the City of Mount Hope
KDHE Certifications in water and waste water preferred at the time of hire or attained within one year of employment.
Proven experience with high voltage preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age and a United States Citizen
