Heor Value Demonstration, Product Director.

Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has multiple openings in Ridgefield, CT, for HEOR Value Demonstration Product Director.

Ensure incorporation of HEOR perspective/value endpoints/ evidence requirements of US decision makers (e.g, payers) in clinical development programs & commercial evaluations. Design, conduct, report, & communicate HEOR studies/tools & develop disease & product specific economic models.

Lead development, approval, implementation, & communication of HEOR & health care quality strategies & associated evidence generation plans/tactics for pre-launch & in-line product(s).

Inform brand strategies, tactics, & development of US focused value propositions for product(s) under responsibility.

Provide day-to-day guidance on HEOR projects & set/manage goals for team members & approve individual development plans.

Must possess at least a master's or its equiv. in Health Services Research, Health Economics Research, or related field and at least 8 years of prior work experience in health services research.

Must possess at least 1 year of work experience with: health services research, pharmacoeconomic analyses, patient-reported outcomes, prospective & retrospective observational research & their application to evaluation of pharmaceuticals; health economics & outcomes research including strategy development & design & execution of projects; development & execution of health economics & outcomes research strategies & tactics in oncology; pharmaceutical business including R&D, clinical & marketing, as well as experience with U.S. health care environment & managed care; & leading cross-functional teams focusing on HEOR work.
