We are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant / General Office Clerk with solid computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties include:
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
*Schedules President & CEO meetings as well as usage of conference rooms
*Order office supplies
*Provide general support to visitors
*Assist with purchasing
Candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and database systems.
Preference for detail oriented candidates with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and great customer service.
