Senior Specialist, Service Delivery/Management Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Merck & Co. Inc., is looking for a Senior Specialist, Service Delivery/Management for its Branchburg, NJ location to design, configure, implement & manage windows servers infrastructure with disaster recovery solutions in a mixed (physical, Virtual and Cloud) global environment.

Must have MS in computer science, computer/electronics engineering or related field & 5 years IT Systems Administration experience in Server Infrastructure, including: Server Services, Windows Servers Administration (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 OS); Windows Virtualization (VMware VCenter & Hyper-V); Windows servers cloud (AWS) administration; Windows Admin Center (WAC); Scripting using Powershell; SCCM (2008, 2012, CMCB) based deployments of MS patches & Tools; ITIL enabled service; process & standard management tools; Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT2012); VMWare ESX/Cluster Configuration and Administration; served as Windows/VMware administrator for HP Blade & Storage device; served as Lead with technical issues/problems; trained users & team on upcoming planned integrations, upgrades & migrations to stabilize, manage, administrate 10000+ server Large scaled windows & VMware environment; supervised Managed Service partners of Core Infrastructure; worked with ITIL, Compliance & process discipline to ensure standards, policies & compliance are within company managed services framework; identified & implemented process improvements; recommended strategies, solutions for entire IT Lifecycle management related implementation/issues for internal & external clients; led, drove, evaluated& defined approaches for enterprise level operational projects.
