High-end general contractor on beautiful (and Covid safe!) Orcas Island, Washington, is seeking a working field supervisor. Must have lots of hands-on experience building homes with the highest demand of craftsmanship, fit and finish. Must be willing to relocate to Orcas Island in Washington State. 

As supervisor, you will be in charge of 6-10 crew in the field, doing take-offs, coordinating sub-contractors, interpreting plans and details, and reporting to company owner. This is a full-time, long-term, salaried position, with bonuses and benefits. Will help with moving expenses for the right candidate. Base salary 120-150K per year.

General qualifications:

• at least 10 years experience in the field
• excellent carpentry skills
• familiarity with all elements of house construction
• computer know-how
• project management skills
• good with people, good communication skills
