STAFF ATTORNEY POSITION AVAILABLE UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO STUDENT LEGAL SERVICES, INC

We currently have an opening on our staff for a full time Staff Attorney to provide high quality and professional legal advice and representation to students at the University of Toledo. The successful candidate should be a Graduate of an accredited Law School; Admitted to the Ohio Bar or able to sit for the Ohio Bar; Have prior experience representing individual clients in a wide variety of legal areas such as criminal, traffic, consumer, landlord-tenant, debt collection, employment, property damage and be able to handle a high volume of cases. Good communication (written and verbal), legal research and writing skills a must. The ability to relate well with and interact with clients, Court personnel and other members of the legal profession is also required. Student Legal Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation situated on the University of Toledo's main campus. However, this is not a State or University of Toledo Position.
