Director of Human Resources

Windham Southeast Supervisory Union is hiring a Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities include working with school administrators to create employment contracts, meeting with all new hires to explain benefits, processing and maintaining criminal record checks, collecting and compiling various data reports for internal, federal, state and local requests. The Director of Human Resources works closely with the payroll officer, chief financial officer and superintendent of schools. The person hired for this position must be energetic, very well organized and extremely people-oriented.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy and excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new applications is a must. High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical coursework is required. Associates degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience in the Human Resource field is preferred. Competitive wage and benefit package offered. This is a full time, full-year position. Position begins November 1, 2019.
