USNR, a leading manufacturer of sawmill equipment with divisions located throughout the U.S. and Canada has an immediate opening in Woodland, Washington in our accounting department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong overall accounting background with a focus on Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:

  • Processing very high volume of invoices from data entry to issuing checks weekly
  • Setting up vendors and maintaining W-9’s for annual 1099 processing
  • Communicating effectively with vendors
  • Communicating with Purchasing and other departments to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies

    Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Debits and Credits
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Strong PC, spreadsheet and accounting software skills (Excel & Word)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Hard Working – Ability to meet goals and deadlines
