HEIGHTS Global IT Service Corporation (Arlington, TX) is looking for a
Software Developer to design & deploy new platforms & enhancements to
existing infrastructure, software, & operating systems. Troubleshoot,
identify & repair complex data & storage system issues while working w/in
internal ticketing/trouble reporting systems. Review technical requirements,
establish project milestones & tasks & determine level of effort estimates
for their completion. Develop & perform storage security audits, system
backup procedures, & other recovery processes in accordance w/the
organization's disaster recovery & business continuity strategies. Create &
maintain documentation as it relates to data & storage configuration,
mapping, processes, & service records. Perform all work in a manner to
ensure interoperability & maintain compliance of enterprise storage
platforms. Plan & implement storage platform upgrades, maintenance fixes &
vendor-supplied patches. Reqs travel &/or relocation to various worksites.
