FAMM is a growing national, nonpartisan, nonprofit criminal justice reform organization in Washington, DC. Founded in 1991, FAMM works to reform sentencing laws and prison policies at the state and federal level by mobilizing, organizing, and engaging impacted families and formerly and currently incarcerated people to advocate criminal justice reforms. FAMM is hiring a bright, creative, and seasoned Development Director to develop and implement fundraising strategy for FAMM.

The Development Director will work with FAMM's President to assess past and current giving, identify areas for improvement, and then create and implement a new strategy to fuel organization's growth. The Development Director will oversee all aspects of the organization's fundraising, including maintenance of institutional and individual donors, identification of prospective donors, and execution of annual and special campaigns.

Requirements:

The Development Director will be a senior position, and as such, we are seeking candidates who have 5+ years of development experience.

Salary: $90K to $150K - Depends on experience. FAMM offers an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) investment account, and ample sick leave and personal time off.
