OPERATIONS MANAGERS are sought by Rossomela, Inc. at Eataly location in Las Vegas, NV to ensure optimal management of day-to day operational aspects with respect to food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service. Operations Managers must be able to handle high volume production, which includes 350 pizzas during the week and 500 over theweekend. Position requires: Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation and two (2) years of work experience in a restaurant/culinary industry making pizzas. Experience to include: working with wood-fired ovens, dough preparation and fermentation, and Neapolitan "Slap" ("Lo Schiaffo") technique for stretching pizza dough, and use of regional Naples ingredients and recipes. Of this experience, one (1) year must be in a managerial capacity. Bachelor's Degree may be offset by an additional two (2) years of experience in the stated field.
