As a member of an agile development team, the Project Manager 2 will independently plan, track, and report on the progress of technology solutions for Tulane University. The Project Manager 2 is independent, reliable, works well in a team, completes tasks on time, and shows a desire to learn. The Project Manager 2 guides the project delivery team on using Agile/Scrum practices throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager 2 communicates proactively with all involved personnel, identifies problems, create solutions, and implements efficiency improvements. The Project Manager 2 facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, and provides support to the team by assisting with internal and external communication. The Project Manager 2 anticipates future project needs by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
