John F. Martin & Sons, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Chief Financial Officer to provide hands-on leadership to the financial management of John F. Martin & Sons, Inc. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible to collaboratively guide financial planning, all accounting functions, budget management, and overall financial strategies, including streamlining systems and process for efficiencies. Additionally, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will align with, promote, and strengthen company values while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

CFO Position Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, required • 5 – 10 years of experience in a mid to senior level finance position, essential • Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience, required • CPA License, strongly preferred • Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, a must • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal • Knowledge of food industry best practices, standards and principles, a plus • Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred.
