Account Service Representative

Objective:

To represent S4 and our customers in an atmosphere of professionalism while corresponding with our client's customers.

Responsibilities:

Verify all orders coming into the AS area
Must have a working knowledge of our phone system and WMS and respond to all inbound calls and address as the appropriate client
Assist in research with customers for tracking, exchanges, returns and product information
Handle complaints and document them for research by fulfillment
Process returns in a timely manner
Must have a good working knowledge of each client and their products
Process and communicate to fulfillment Expedited shipments
Assist Account Managers as needed
Must have a working knowledge of our WMS, PayPal (Verisign) and any website we created for our clients

Required Tasks:

Answering of inbound customer calls
Order entry/processing
Package tracking
Interaction with other departments. Account Management, Fulfillment, IT & Receiving
Report management
Assisting AMs

Skills/Talents:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products- Excel, Word, etc.
Need good Excel skills, able to create and sort spreadsheets
Ability to multi-task and work to resolution
Able to work independently but also a team player
Able to take instruction and run with it

Background:

Must have minimum 2 years of College
Must have minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
Preferred Fulfillment/Distribution experience helpful but not required
