Our ideal Technicians will jump right in, working like a pro to bring our customers' vehicles back to life and get them road ready! Candidates will have previous experience working in a Dealership, or independently owned repair facility, and possess a deep understanding of the automotive repair life cycle.

Automotive Service Technician Purpose:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards.

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Examine vehicle and diagnose necessary repairs
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Document work performed
• Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes

Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:

• At least 2 year of previous Automotive Technician experience
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Manual dexterity

Automotive Service Advisor Purpose:

The Automotive Service Advisor is the liaison between service staff and customers and is responsible for estimating pricing for repairs and explaining the repair cost to the customer.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicating vehicle symptoms as described by customers to service technicians
• Preparing complete and accurate parts and labor costs for repairs
• Explaining all recommended and completed work and charges to customers
• Monitoring the repair and service progress of each vehicle and updating customers frequently
• Determining and recommending maintenance service based on mileage, age and history of each vehicle.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

• Proven customer service record
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
