Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the My Sister’s House program at Behavioral Health Network! 

 

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the My Sister’s House program with the following:

  • Ensuring the coordination of services for the individuals we serve.
  • Overseeing the clinical programming and Counselor caseloads.
  • Providing direct supervision to Counselors in the program.
  • Monitoring the development and implementation of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
  • Facilitating staff and treatment team meetings with the goal of improving the care provided.
  • Monitoring adherence to licensing regulations and standards by performing assessments and chart reviews, scheduling monthly on-site trainings for staff, and supervising the use of the electronic health record, Carelogic.

 

Who are we?

The goal of the My Sister’s House program at BHN is to serve women ages 18 and up, including pregnant and post-partum women and their infants, who are working to recover from addiction and improve their lives. BHN employees at the 24-hour long-term program serve the women by providing a range of services including counseling, educational services, living skills training, parenting groups, and more.

Job Requirements:

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

  • Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served.
  • At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment environment (required).
  • At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary team (required).
  • LADC I or LADCII or equivalent (required).
  • Equivalent is defined as: completed a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education/counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, and experience in substance abuse and mental health services.
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.
  • Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses.
  • In successful recovery for two or more years (required, if applicable).
