DIRECT CARE STAFF II: FULL TIME $15/HOUR Excellent comprehensive benefit package Support Adults with Co-Occurring Mental Illness & Substance Use Disorders to make positive changes in their lives. Be a therapeutic presence in a 6 bed group living environment in Pittsfield, where treatment is provided from a person-centered, recovery-focused, and trauma-informed perspective. This position is a senior direct care role, where you will ensure the smooth running of the program's daily operations, as well as assist individuals served with skill building, community integration, & recovery-focused activities. Once trained, you will also oversee the program's Medication Administration Program MAP , and co-facilitate Recovery Groups. Position requires some weekend and evening shifts. Must be detail oriented, have ability to use computers, and have good writing skills. Knowledge of & Experience with Dual Diagnosis strongly preferred. High School/GED plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired.
