Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically

• Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field is required
• Previous experience in an Information Technology related position is desirable
