Advertising Coordinator

Do you have an eye for marketing? Do you know what makes a good advertisement? Do you love working with local business owners? Are you a highly organized taskmaster? The Pilot magazines’ advertising department is seeking a part-time Advertising Coordinator for O.Henry magazine print and digital.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate ad design process for all advertising partners

• Gather and create ad copy

• Work directly with our graphic design team and customers

• Facilitate ad design and approval process

• Create and manage multiple spreadsheets for workflow purposes

• Experience in marketing, copywriting and customer service is preferred. This position plays an integral supporting role in the daily operations of a busy advertising sales department.
