Technical Specialist Position Opening

Serviont Global Solutions Inc.

Full-time professional position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US.

Duties:

Architect, design, develop and deploy high performance, scalable, distributed contact center software solutions with Acqueon and Serviont Proprietary Products within the Telephony domain.
Develop, modify and deploy software applications employing Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Communications, JavaScript, VBScript, VB.NET, ICM Scripts, CVP Call Studio,.Net Framework, XML, Web Services, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, AngularJS, Acqueon product suites, CTI tools, eGain and Finesse gadgets.
Collaborate with business product owners to define the requirements and specifications, perform requirements gathering and enhance existing software application systems.
Liaison between presales and project team to design the solution as per the requirement employing .Net, SQL, AngularJS and UI Development.
Implement, support and maintain Serviont and Acqueon Product Suites for Contact Center solutions.
Change design and configuration as per the requirement.
Review software solution and auditing solutions for Serviont and Acqueon software.
Prepare and maintain code for various .NET applications and resolve any defects in systems.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Implement software products and provide necessary support to client during migration process.

Position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US.

Requires: Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering field and 2 years of experience in the occupation or in a related software developer position will be acceptable.
Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.

Specific Technical Requirements: 2 years of verifiable experience developing and modifying software applications employing with the following tools and technologies: Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Communications, JavaScript, VBScript, VB.NET, ICM Scripts, CVP Call Studio, .Net Framework, XML, Web Services, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, AngularJS.
