Maintenance/ Custodial Leader Do you find satisfaction in solving problems and coming up with cost-effective solutions? Are you a responsible, dependable, independent individual who enjoys working with others to help everyone be successful? EAGLE School of Madison, a private K-8 school, is looking for a unique individual to take care of our building. This person will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of an active school building. Duties include overseeing general custodial and repair work completed by outside contractors and performing a limited number of daily custodial tasks, as well as weekly, monthly, and annual custodial responsibilities as well as other tasks related to repair and odd jobs. Must have some basic carpentry skills and be mechanically inclined. Experience in a custodial, construction, and/or mechanical field is desired. Flexible work schedule. The ability to be on-call for emergencies is required. Physical stamina - lifting and standing is a must.
