Plateco, Inc. is seeking skilled and qualified applicants for our current open positions. Must have HS diploma or equivalent, excellent attendance, strong work history, and be able to pass pre-employment testing.

• Barrel Floater (Make up to: $19hr) 1st shift
• Mechanical Floater (Up to: $19/hr + $.80 - shift premium) 3rd shift
• Rack Floater (Make up to: $19/hr + $.80 - shift premium) 3rd shift Racking/unracking parts on R3 and R2 to meet production goals. Back up operator for line operators in their absence.
• R3 Operator/Organizer (Up to: $20/hr + $.80 - shift premium) 3rd shift Electro Plating on R3 Line.
• Floater (Make up to: $17/hr) 1st shift Racking/unracking parts on R3 and R2 and packaging in Off Line Material Handling Department, to meet production goals.
• Plating Assistant (Make up to: $17/hr) 1st shift Racking/unracking parts on R3 and R2 to meet production goals.
• Supervisor Asst. - 3rd Shift - Support production in meeting goals. Train in to operate all lines. Organize and guide employees. Back up Supervisor in their absence. Must have the following experience, HS Diploma or Equivalent, 1 year minimum leadership experience, Experience leading a minimum of 12 people, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent attendance, Safety oriented, Forklift Experience, Able to work overtime when called on.
• Accounts Receivable Specialist - Enter deposits and ACH, Maintain customer files, Audit of receipts, Deposit checks, Create and Apply customer service charges, Email/Fax customer statements, Process and verify application for credit, Solicit payment on overdue accounts, Reconcile short paid accounts, Purchasing, Billing, Reporting, Invoices; keeping supply closet organized, shredding, Maintain files, Accounting, and Other duties as assigned. Accounting degree desired
