Highline Medical Solutions is seeking customer service minded individuals to assist patients and administer COVID-19 tests on our sites in Eagle County, including both walk up and drive up operations. The sites are designed to limit exposure to both the patient and the staff. You must be able to effectively perform the duties outlined below while also providing the highest level of care. Pay Rate & Schedule: $ 25 Per Hour, Seeking full-time, part-time, and alternate employees for a range of opportunities between Monday and Sunday each week with standard hours between 8 am and 5 pm.

Duties / Responsibilities: Administer COVID-19 test upon completion of training (if you're in a resting role) Greet patients in an upbeat, professional and empathetic manner. Accurately verify patient information during check-in & checkout process. Label, collect, and process patient specimens to ensure accurate test results, Assist patients with appointment scheduling. Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Required Experience & Skills: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including Booster shot) and the seasonal flu Able to pass a background check Ability to provide excellent customer service to ensure highest standard of patient care Ability to work in a dynamic ever-changing work environment Ability to work and collaborate effectively with other members of the team Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.
