Here’s an exciting Administrator/Accounting opportunity on Cleveland’s Eastside.  Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivables and payables, invoice entry, collections, certified payroll
• Schedule and monitor work hours of field technicians and hand work order reconciliations
• Verify materials are available for installations and attached purchase order documents
• Scan and attach project contracts, waivers, packing slips, etc.
• Handle Notice of Commencement/Furnishings and Collection Waivers for notary signature are processed
• Set-up project folders with required documents and follow-up on contract change orders
• Perform other accounting/administrative duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma with college courses in Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience; Bookkeeping skills are a plus 
• Construction background is preferred
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with accurate data entry skills
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong eye for detail
• Must have good general math skills
