Case Manager (Behavioral Health) General Description: This position is organizationally falls under the Behavioral Health Department Director of the Kickapoo Health Center as operated by the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. Operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5p.m. and may be needed to provide services during non-traditional hours. The purpose of this position is to provide advocacy, linkage, referral, counseling, case management and independent living skills training to children/adolescents and their families. Performs duties in support of the tribal health center mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner. Work Experience and/or Education: Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services field Required to obtain and maintain Case Management certification. Experience: 2-years experience prior experience is required in Behavioral Health. Requirements: All applicants tentatively selected for employment Will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment and random drug testing throughout employment. Will be required to have an OSBI background clearance. Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
