Tacoma law firm Eisenhower Carlson PLLC is seeking an associate with an interest in business transactional work, to include negotiating, reviewing and drafting purchase and sale agreements, earnest money agreements, leases (real and personal), and credit agreements. A minimum of three years' experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Transactional experience should include providing counsel on transactional matters, corporate formation and governance, business acquisitions and sales, buy-sell agreements, secured transactions, real estate transactions, and commercial lending. Candidates should have outstanding verbal, written and legal analysis skills, excellent organization and research skills, strong attention to detail, and solid references.
